Server Will Not Start

    So I downloaded Bukkit and I made the bat file and it pulls up the console but it says :
    C:\Users\grey\Desktop\Minecraft Server>java -jar craftbukkit.jar
    Error: Unable to access jarfile craftbukkit.jar

    C:\Users\grey\Desktop\Minecraft Server>PAUSE
    Press any key to continue . . .

    when I hit a key it just closes what do I do?
