Server "too big view radius" can't change

I have a problem, yesterday i changed the view radius to 20 from 10 i think and now the server won't start. I would change it but i can't access my admin dashboard as i only get the command prompt? anyone?

I fixed it... i went to where my bukkit server is and manually changed it in server.properties
