   start your server, then when it is finished booting up, open the logs/latest.log file copy and paste the entire file ENTIRE FILE to www.pastebin.com
   Just try to open the file within a minute of the server booting up, not 30 mins later, or after 30 players jump around and spew errors for 3 minutes, etc
