Server Read Time Out with Multiworld Plugins

So, just recently, my server has every so often just completely frozen and given all players online a read time out error. The console still works.

What I have found in my research of this issue, is that everyone who is experiencing it has a multiworld plugin, namely Multiverse, however a user also had an alternate plugin and had the exact same error. Here are some examples of people with the same problem and plugins:

From this, I've gathered it must be an issue with Bukkit and handling multiple worlds.

Now my question is, is this something can we can fix ourselves, or something we need to bring to Bukkit's attention?

 

No one can offer any insight?

 

Ever since 1.8 when i try to go into another world with a multiworld plugin i just get a blue minecraft screen, then it crashes
