    Previous Problem solved.
But now, I have a problem building off of it.

My Permissions.yml was really long, and I was testing on why it didn't work.
Turns out it did work, it was just too long and taking a long time to respond.

Now, I'm just asking on how to make it more easier to respond.
Would I have to increase the ram?
It's not much of a problem, It just lags the server when using PEX.

    Please reply.. :/

1.) Post permissions file via pastebin.
2.) if you cannot figure out, do this: /pex user %username% group set %group%
%username% being username, and %group% being group name

    That doesn't work either.

    Just use group manager.

It seems there is an error in your permissions.yml. Click here and paste your permissions.yml contents in the box on the left. If there are errors, it will tell you where.

    I have no errors.
Unless you mean permissions.yml which is in the server folder.
    That's empty.

    Bump, added an update.

    Problem solved.
    Read above for Problem2 ;3
