Server not showing up to the public

Hey,

Been working on setting up a mc server for a while and seem to be having issues with the port forwarding. I get no error messages when starting the server and have checked several time that the port 25565 is open in the router, as well as in the firewall for inbound and outbound (TCP and UDP). The stup is also correct in the program that I am using (TT server maker), have double checked with tutorials. There does not seem to be so many places left to look at so I am writing this to see if someone have more knowledge of it.

The server runs on Windows 10 64-bit.
Version 8 update 151 of java.
Running with TT Server Maker
Craftbukkit version 1.12.2
I have tried running both vanilla and craftbukkit, same result.

PS. The third photo (server_03.png) shows the port configuration on the windows firewall, UDP and TCP for both incoming and outgoing.

Although you opened port 25565, in the server.properties file, you have it set to 25566. Open that file and change the port back to 25565.

 

That must have been the miss, it works fine now. Thank you for the help.
