Problem/Bug Server keeps messaging me

So recently whenever anyone logs onto my server the console has ran the command '/tell (player) noob' I have absolutely no clue why and after searching through countless config files have found no reference of the word noob. This is a real issue that I'm having before launching my server, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's my plugin list:

 

I searched all the configs with ctrl + f and no 'noob' was found in any of them. Also I spawn in wherever I logged out last

 

Not sure if help here is still needed... but if you have other staff members or players with OP, etc. They could've made a command block somewhere in the world on a redstone clock or something like that, it might not have anything to do with your plugins at all. Try disabling command blocks on your server and see if that helps. @Krabbage
