Server Join Problem! Please help!

Hi!
When i try to let people on my server, they can only enter when I am in-game.

Below is my statistics


1. I am using windows xp sp3.
2. x86
3. Running the latest version on Java.
4. Not running any wrapper. Portforwarded
5. I am using Craftbukkit1.3.2-R1.0
6. I am using

Are you getting any errors at all? What do the players see when they cannot log in? Could you post a snippit of your log?

I'm sorry, what? Correct that please, because it's hard to understand.

 

on the same page as your craftbukkit .jar file there will be a file called server.log post any errors from there

 

Hey thanks for the help guys! But now I'm starting to believe that it's because my server isn't updated. You guys don't think? *FaceDesk* I just noticed that.

Remove the "192.168.." part from the bind to IP part in your server.properties

 

There's no bind to IP part. :/

Ok so now.... It wont even let me see my ip when i type ipconfig. it just says not recognized. Also im trying to restatic my ip and and cant find the ip

Okay so I staticd my IP. Still the same problem. Still can't get in. I tried the noip thing. Doesn't work
