Server is full ??

Hi,
I have set mine server for 32 slots. Today I saw message "server is full" and players was not allowed to join and at server was only 12 players... what could that be?

Im just asking if someone know this issue and can tell me something about...

Is it possible to server being full when there is no more RAM to use for another player?

No i dont think so, it would only lag then.

 

are there any known issues with bukkit or plugins that make 100% of CPU usage?

 

I think multiverse is very cpu intensive, do you use it?

 

nope before 1.4 server was with 20+players and CPU was like 20-40% now at 1.4 with 10ppl online CPU is at 80-90%
