(Server Error) After IP-Bann I couldn't Enter anymore

Hello everybody!
Today I played with a friend of me Minecraft in my Bukkit Server (last recommended Build:15597) and it was all fine. I havn't problems with my Server a long time and my friend would do a Joke. He logged in with my Name and the Server kicked me out. Now I gone in the Server and kicked my friend and I wrote the command: "/banip (myname)" and I hoped, that I could ban his IP. We done only some Jokes, but I banned myself and I couldn't enter the Server again. I know I was a little bit silly in this Moment, but I thinked, that I could unban me again. I thinked wrong. I asked my friend about unban me, but he tried and failed. He says the server said "(myname) was unbanned succesfully!" but I couldn't enter again: "your IP was banned". I tried to restart the server. It hasn't changed something. When I try to log in in the server, Minecraft says "Your IP was banned", but the console says, that I'm logged in! I tried to unban me in the console; I right clicked on my name, but nothing happens, only this Error:I tried to reinstall the server, turn off Plugins, restart my PC, logging in with a cracked launcher with a wrong name, changing my ip, but I used the Server with Hamachi. I can't use the command bar! The server says, that this is a unknown command! I can't make something with it!
I hope somebody can help me! (sorry for my bad Englisch)

Remove/Update pail and try again. The error listed is generated by Pail.

You can edit the files manually to remove the ban as well.

It still shows you are using Pail. If updating doesn't work, remove it.

I removed Pail now, but I can't still unban my ip. When I'm trying to log into the server, Minecraft says I'm banned, but bukkit says, I'm logged in but I couldn't write a command in the console, because the Server says "unknown command"

 

Remove the entries from these files manually:
banned-ips.txt
banned-players.txt

Restart your server and try again.

 

ok i tried that already, but the files are empty and nothing has changed.

 

I did it! I reinstalled all Plugins and CraftBukkit!
