Server difficulty and gamemode help please

I have a world in my server that is creative. Im using plotme on it but i went in the worlds.yml file for multiverse core and changed it to creative and peaceful but it keeps resetting.
someone plz help this is urgent,

You could try and delete the file and let it be created again automatically by running the server. And then when its created close your server and change the settings. I don't know if it will help but its worth a shot

 

thnx for the reply but i tried that and it didnt work. every time i reload the server it reverts the changes

i just tried hard coding a plugin to set the world spawns and that didnt work either. what can i use to perminately fix this issue
