Server Crashing/Not Working

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my server. It seems to be a problem with the ticks, I don't know what's going on but it crashes and doesn't register mining when I can log on, etc.. When I can log on, it takes 60 seconds before it crashes and says this error message:

A single server tick took 60.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)

Considering it to be crashed, server will forcibly shutdown.

This error message occurs when we play regularly but nothing has happened until now:

[WARNING] Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 6230ms or 124 ticks behind
