Server Crash? Reached end of stream for /xx.xx.xx.xx

After running for any amount of time (sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes 10 hours) one of our servers sometimes starts to come to a close and spam this in the console:

Reached end of stream for /xx.xx.xx.xx

(I removed the IP)
That is the IP that the server binds to, and we run Bukkit on it. Help please? Using /elag either doesn't diagnose the problem, it is running at a fine TPS and is using only half the RAM it is allocated (6GB).

If I remember correctly, "Reached end of stream for [insert IP here]" just means that the person with that IP who has the server in their directory refreshed their server list.

I could be wrong, though I don't believe I am because I get that quite often with my server as well.

Delta7x yes, I do get that also, but it spams it now and the server crashes
