see what others are doing plug in?

is there a plug in that will allow people to teleport to other people but not do anything?

i had a moderator but i dont want to give him tp command beacuse he will abuse it. bu ti want him to check to see what others are doing. so i can like.... get a plug in that lets you see through another players eyes?

 

i think spout + spoutcraft had plugin called screenshot and it works as you describe above

than i think you dont have any other option

well there still is dynmap but it will allow you to see where ppl are but not correctly what they do

or if you dont want to use spout cause you have cracked minecraft well there is also cracked spoutcraft so its your choice what to do
