[SEC] GriefBroadcast - Catch 'em red handed V1.0 [1337]

This is my first ever plugin which i am releasing. You can probably tell by how basic it is...
1) What it does:

• Checks for when people place/break the blocks (listed on the BukkitDev page)
• Sends a message to everyone on the server (If player who placed/broke the block isn't op) (Will add more features soon. I'm becoming more knowledgeable on plugin development every single day and my abilities in java are improving )

Love the Idea but could you make it so that people who destroy "other players" unnatural resorces which they could use to build a house will be broadcast to an admin/mod.. also is this compatible with groupmanager?

If you could it will make finding griefers really easy
