Is it possible to change a player's name using scoreboards depending on who's looking at the player. I want the player's name to be red for say player 1, and green for player 2. If this isn't possible, what's the next best option?
I have the same question, anyone can help us both? I've looked at many threads but no one explains anything.
@Coopah Could you not just create multiple scoreboards with differing strings or alternative colours and send each one individually to the player.
@CraftCreeper6 I thought scoreboards worked like a team system. So you add a player to a scoreboard and they get a coloured name depending on which scoreboard (team) they are in. Opposed to being able to edit the name depending on who's looking at the player. Basically, I don't think you can set a person's name for a group of people, it just sets it for everyone? Correct me if I'm wrong but I didn't think this was possible with scoreboards.
@Coopah You'd have to create a scoreboard for each player I reckon. Or something crazy that I wouldn't know how to do.
