Is there any plugin that executes a command upon a certain number in a scoreboard is reached, like for example when 30 people vote a diamond will be given to everyone ?

SwiftTurtle This can be easily made. Do you want to use a pre existing scoreboard or do you need one made?

SnotRider It would be better to hook or just make one.

SwiftTurtle We can't charge for plugins on here. Also it would be simple for someone to make all they need to do is hook into Votifier.

SwiftTurtle You don't need to tell anyone.. This is the place to request, someone will come and make it (not 100% guaranteed but it is easy so it most likely will)
