Scheduled time player can connect

I run a bukkit server for my daughter and her friends so they have a dedicated world all their own.

The parents and I would like to setup a schedule of when each kid is allowed to connect and play. For example, my daughter is allowed weekends, Tuesday and Thursday only (MWF == no screen days).

I tried searching through plugins, including the usual suspects (admin mod, calendar, essentialsEX, ...) and couldn't find a solution.

Is there a plugin that can do this that my search-fu missed?

If not, I'll be happy to write one and make it public. What features would others like to see?
If I write it, is there an existing plugin that does part of this that I can contribute to, or a similar plugin I can pattern my new plugin after?
