Saving, removing, redoing.

    Hello! So I need to save the world, remove a certain type of block in a specific world, (set it to air) then recover it after. So I have say Orange stained clay in this shape:
    ####
    ####
    How would I remove only the Orange clay in that world? Then recover it after?

    Please help! Very much appreciated!
