Rules and Messages at Server Login

    I would like a mod that would display a message, the rules or a generic message of the like, the first time someone logged into the server, or even have a variable to display it x number of times.

    Mainly I don't want to be spamming the chat with the rules in a motd for my users that know the rules, I only need it for new comers long enough for them to learn it, but then they could also use a command to display it again anytime...

    Just something I thought of, if this will work awesome! If not, no worries.
