Roleplay Chat Plugin

Minecraft version: Minecraft 1.15.2

Suggested name: RPG-Chat

What I want:
I need a text chat plugin that enables proximity chat with text as well as changing names. Perhaps some custom color emotes too if that could be possible.

Ideas for commands:
/rpname set (custom name that replaces one in chat)
/Shout 32 block distance
/Yell 16
/Say 8
/Quiet 4
/Whisper 2

As well as an ability to make emotes with a custom command.
Example
/e grabs his drink from the table.
How it would be displayed in chat ideally.
Kazimir grabs his from the table.


Ideas for permissions: Just need to be able to allow players to use it.
When I'd like it by: Not in a rush but I'd like to have it within the next two weeks.

It seems like you have to enter the command every single time before trying. Anyway you can make it toggle able?
