Right click Locked zones

Hey all,

I'm currently looking for ways to protect my spawn region from players deciding to use their magic potions / swords.
What im looking for is a plugin that disables right clicking with items, but allows right clicking on signs within a set region.
Nice and simple (well i hope).

This should in turn prevent people from spawning water/cacti across spawn.

If the plugin can utilise World Edits region select that would be great.

Hope this can be done.
