Reward for using Spout?

We all know that Spout is God sent to us, server administrators, and our fellow players. The problem is, many players are just too lazy to download the client launcher. So, rather than forcing everyone to download this launcher, why not giving a small reward for those who do? I think it would reduce the laziness dramatically and people would go ahead and download and use the Spout launcher.

My humble idea would be if a plugin detects a spout client, it would temporarily grant some specific configurable permissions for the client (until client logs out)

I would appreciate if someone would take this idea

 

There is a SpoutRewards plugin, but I think it just gives the player economy points.

 

I will make this! Do you just want it to grant permission nodes? Or give economy money? Or a item (like a )?
