Requesting zip file with key plugins preconfigured

I've tried setting up a bukkit server with plugins such as permissions, general, and lwc and homeset. I added my name to users and put me in admin group to try out the commands, but I could not get several general commands to work and lwc and homeset did not work at all. The console kept giving unrecognized command errors. So i'm asking what am I doing wrong, and/or is there a zip file somewhere with permissions and extra plugins already configured where all you have to do is add users into the groups? If so I would like to use it because I'm new to running servers, just got done being an admin on a server running Simple Server that fell apart because owner quit playing and wanted to run my own.
