   Adderhead

   I run a prison server and I have the plugins PermissionsEX and PaidRanks. Everything works fine and I have 7 paid-rankups available starting from "D". But recently a "D" rank donated and was promoted to his donation rank and after that he was unable to use /rankup anymore because he wasn't in the rank that starts the promotion cycle.
   
   How can I make it where regular players and donators can rank up, regardless of their group? Thanks so much in advance. I'm up for skype chat or anything.
