Hai, if you're wondering about the title, I was hoping that someone could make a plugin that adds a weather where tons of cocoa falls from the sky, but cannot be picked up and disappears when it touches the ground. The reason I want it as a plugin rather than a texture for rain is so that I can create massive LOL on my server. So I invite any plugin developers to take this challenge. Also, it should be compatible with as many weather-changing plugins as possible.
