Is there a current plugin that when you kill a monster it gives you a certain amount of money that goes into you Essentials balance?
http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/ecocreature/ is a really fun plugin to use, you can even set up custom drops from those mobs as well as give out money. It's very customizable as well.
