[Request] MiningRestrictions

    Plugin category: Fun, Anti-Griefing Tools, Mechanics

    Suggested name: MiningRestrictions

    What I want: I would like a plugin that restricts players from mining a certain block if they do not have the configured tool to mine it with. There would be a message saying "You need a [Tool Name] to mine [Material]

    Ideas for commands: /mr reload

    Ideas for permissions: miningrestrictions.reload

    When I'd like it by: Whenever; I am not in a rush
