I recently found a server with this kind of a plugin. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22433338/minecraft/2011-08-14_19.36.49.png I went through the /plugins, but found nothing special. They were all common plugins with nothing much. I was wondering if someone knows what is this plugin and if its released. If its a custom plugin, is there a chance anyone could create something similiar to this?
