   its anoying to fix all the damage that endermen does for the buildings
   notch said that they will not touch player placed blocks but it isnt working.
   
   if possible please create this plugin

   Set if Enderman can place or break blocks, even if they can clone blocks so that they can get a block but doesn't remove the block from the world.. and some other features
