Simply put, when a player dies, they are banned from the server for a set amount of time. For survival servers, this adds a whole new element to it. Time length could be adjusted, and perhaps a function that allows different lengths for different ranks/groups, or individuals. And, perhaps, if possible, the ability to select how, when, or where the player died, or even by who killed them (in pvp)
