I like this idea. I've been looking for something like this for a while. Logically, is limiting the amount of bandwidth allocated per user even possible?
How's it going to limit the bandwidth used? Is it just going to stop sending packets? I don't see a feasible way for this to be possible.
instead of limiting bandwith you could limit the amount of time a player can connect per day ? just an idea
What about something that monitors bandwidth and when it gets too high, limits new players from joining.
