Using the mcMMO mod to give players skill sets is cool and, PVP is great. But Arrow Spam + Arrow Knockback dominates almost every PVP server. I was wondering if there is a plugin or a plugin can be made to limit how fast a player can SPAM his arrows. Preferrably a configurable timer would be awesome. So we can determine how fast we want players to spam arrows. Kinda like a Reload Timer so they have to wait a sec to reload an arrow on the bow before they can spam. just an idea. Thanks! Either this or something so they can't collect a fired arrow, once fired it is lost. That'd teach em not to spam
