If you know the plugin SpoutEssentials,you'll know that it comes with a cape command allowing for people to put on capes of their choosing.Also SimpleClans does this.But the format is a little small to make wings,like these http://dl.dropbox.com/u/46439426/DragonWings.png.Also,you cant make the capes very high resolution(If you can please tell me)which i found very annoying.What i would like in this plugin is basically just a cape command,that triples the size of the cape,adding on to each side,enabling wings!This doesn't mean when you wear them you can fly,just shows them.If this can be done please tell me.If it cant i would love to know why.But if someone makes this i would be very grateful.
This could only be done with the SpoutCraftAPI, which isn't released yet. Maybe mention this request to one of the Spoutdevs
