[REQ]Per-world chat, and per world faction prefix[/REQ]

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help, I am looking for a plugin that;

• Can have sperate chats for each world.
• Stop the Faction prefixes working in all worlds, E.G: In world X have faction prefixes, but in world Y have no faction prefixes.
• Have a permission node, that works with permissions 3.x, that could enable chat between all worlds, and view chat between all worlds.

If anyone can help, please reply, it would be very, very helpful.

I know it says that it's made for build 1060 but it still works on the latest RB and the latest Development build. It supports world based chat channels and I can modify it to support world based faction prefixes if you would like.
