   The enderdragon by default only spawns once. It's the climax of the world/server... but I learned that on my server the enderdragon was killed a week ago and now nobody can even see it... basically... it's extinct.
   
   Let's bring back the netherdragon! Preferably every X minutes in world_the_end with an announcement.
