[REQ] Disallow chat for guest

    Hi, i want a plugin to prevent the visitors of spoken (works with permission) it's possible?

    Can you add a configurable message for players who try to spoke ?? Because i'm french :p Or just edit the message and resend me the plugin ;) !

    The message is : 'Les visiteurs ne sont pas autorisés à parlé, merci de faire une candidature sûr stonecraft.fr'
