[REQ] Configable Chest Refill

    Hey there bukkit. I'm seeing lots of chest refill plugins but not many are active or they fill a full chest. I'm looking for something that would allow me to leave ex: 3-6 diamonds in a chest. And a config refresh rate for the item to re-spawn inside chest.

    I would prefer the function to be a simple command while your cursor is highlighting chest.
    I'd rather it not work how signshops work. (commands typed on signboard attached to chest) in fear of them conflicting with other mods. Thanks!
