Filled Replace All But Air

Suggested name: SkylaskRABA (Replace All But Air)

What I want: I need an add-on plugin for WorldEdit.
This plugin will replace every block in the selected area, except air, with a different block of your choice.

Ideas for commands:
//replace all-air <new block(s)> -|- Replaces every block selected, except air, with the new block(s)

Aliases:
//replace aba <new block(s)> -|- Does the same thing as "//replace all-air"
//replace raba <new block(s)> -|- Does the same thing as "//replace all-air"

Ideas for permissions:
SkylaskRABA.use -|- Allows the player to use the commands

When I'd like it by: ASAP
