Plugin Help Removing Enchantments

    Ok, So Im trying to check if an Item has a certain enchant. And I know youre suppose to do
    item.getEnchantment but I dont know what to declare Item as. What im trying to do with the plugin is that if a player has a certain enchant it will remove it and add the enchantment i want to give them!
