Regular Players can't Teleport

Today after changing a few things around using my FTP access, players can't teleport properly. I can teleport just fine, but when other players try it says 'Teleportation will commence in 5 seconds..' but they never teleport. This applies to all diffrent types of teleporting (/f home, /tpa, /warp)


EDIT: Now players "Beserk" with MCMMO won't shut off.

I fixed it. It was a formatting error in a plugin config file.
