region that forces player to run command

    Hi,
    Im currently running a 1.5.2 voltz server.
    What im looking for is that if a player goes into a spacific region (perhaps defined by the worldedit wand) it forces the player to run a server command. Ideally it could override permissions too "i.e. going into an area and being sent to the server jail"but thats very much optional.
