What I want: New players can choose ONE house for free among all the available houses. They can't buy a house or shop until they'll be promote. When the player is promoted, he can buy another house and a shop. If a player doesn't want his house anymore, he can sell his house. I didn't see a region plugin which can "offer" to the newbies a free house. Ideas for commands: Using WGuard. This plugin will use signs only for buying a house or a shop.
