/region flag spawn allowed-cmds

Hi so for world guard there is a command such as /region flag spawn allowed-cmds which works but it only allows one command so if i make a region such as "world" which in my case is the region for my whole map it allows the commands but if i do for thhe world region to disable /pv so people can access their chests for the pvp area this also disables spawns /pv which is fine unless i use priorits but then i hhave to allow everysingle command in spawn how can i fix this please comment questions if this does not make any sense and sorry english is not my first language.
