Regenerating Random OreVeins

Suggested name: Regenerating Oreveins

What I want: I would like a plugin that for a designated world all ores placed, when broken will turn into bedrock, and then after a set amount of time, come back as a different ore (defined in config by chances). The ores should go directly into your inventory and the name of the ore when it goes into your inventory should be configurable. An example of this plugin would be the How to Minecraft Season 4 Server and the How to Minecraft Season 5 server on YouTube.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: None needed
