Suggested name: Referrals

What I want: I need a plugin that supports a referral system for example when someone logs in they are given one "referral token" this token is built into the plugin and doesn't even need to be like a currency. The point of the plugin is to refer people to the server and the new players can type /refer<name> then both the Player that typed a command and the player that referred the player gets a reward defined by commands. I have found other plugins that do this though they are infinitely usable for example a user would type /refer username and then spam it still supplying the effects it gives on the first use.

Ideas for commands: /refer

Ideas for permissions: refer.refer - for use with /refer
refer.able - for access to be referred to

Thanks I had tried the referrals but the refer-a-friend I haven't seen yet so I will give it a try.
