Filled Redstone Voting Plugin

I would like a plugin for something called "Redstone Voting"
- Player can join a game with /redstone join also can leave with /redstone leave
- A player gets on creative mode upon typing /redstone join
- A player creates his own "plot" where he can build redstone creations ( typing /redstone create (mapname )
- A player VIP feature who can create more than 1 plot
- Once there are a certain amount of builds ( customisable ) or time different players test out the redstone creations and vote for the best one, the best one gets a reward

Are these plots in a separate world, for different inventories?

 

Yes.

 

If you'd like to get different inventories from WORLDS and not SERVERS, use Multiverse-Inventories. I don't code plugins, I only help with small issues
