Redstone torches acting weird

Redstone torches are acting really weird on my server. They just don't do anything sometimes. I'm using craftbukkit 137 and a bunch of plugins. None of which have to do with redstone except maybe Minecart mania.

Heres the deal:
Mob spawner trap where items land on a wood pressure plate. Wire under wood pressure plate powers 2 note blocks and a redstone torch. The previously mentioned torch powers to other torches. The idea is that when there is an item on the pressure plate, it will go "ding" and 2 torches will light up. Sometimes it does this. Other times, after the item is collected, the pressure plate still transmits power. And then sometimes when the pressure plate is giving power, the torches are off...



Hmmm... fixed by restarting
