Redstone problems [RESOLVED]

    Hi, I'm trying to set Data and all this thing to put my redstone wires powered
    How can I set a redstone wire powered without a button or a lever ?
    I've been trying to set data 0x15) but it's not working

    Try setting it to 0xF.

    Just the same, the redstone leaves unpowered
    Or perhaps it is powered and unpowered because no sources
    I don't know

    Have you tried setting it's data to 0xF everytime the REDSTONE_CHANGE gets called?
