Redstone change event

    I'm trying to port a plugin i started to work on before hMod's death, but I just can't get CraftBukkit to call my onBlockRedstoneChange() method.

    Is it not implemented yet or should I expect it to work?

    EDIT: I originally wrote in the post onRedstoneChange() but was using the right listener method name.
